We seek out exceptional qualities such as problem-solving abilities, accountability, reliability, strong communication skills, time management, and adaptability.

Personality
We evaluate for integrity, a positive attitude, a well-balanced ego, assertiveness, attention to detail, proactive thinking, and excellent organizational skills.

Education
We meticulously evaluate each assistant’s educational background, with a preference for those who have a college degree.

Experience
We require our assistants to have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.

English Skills
We require excellent written English skills and rigorously evaluate spelling and grammar.

Software Experience
We seek candidates with specific software experience, including proficiency in Outlook, Gmail, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.

Virtual Assistant Selection Process, Step-By-Step
- Screening
- Our refined process, honed over many years, is designed to identify assistants with high potential while also verifying fundamental criteria such as their working environment and availability.
- At this stage, we ensure candidates meet minimum experience requirements, demonstrate strong grammar skills, and show a commitment to working as an assistant long-term.
- Assessments
- Every candidate must successfully complete a comprehensive series of assessments to confirm their suitability. Additionally, we conduct screenings for disclosed convictions and bankruptcy.
- The evaluations include practical tests (such as mock scenario exercises, spelling, and communication assessments) as well as personality and psychometric tests.
- Interview
- For candidates who pass our assessments, the next step is an in-depth video interview with our CEO.
- During these interviews, we thoroughly evaluate the candidate’s suitability and verify the information provided in their application, while also getting to know them better.
- Verification
- If the candidate succeeds at the video interview stage, they move on to our verification process.
- We utilize an identity checking service to confirm the identity and address of our assistants.
- Onboarding
- Once the candidate passes our verification stage, they are officially on-boarded as an assistant.
- During the on-boarding process, they will be enrolled in certification, where they will be thoroughly trained for 5-7 business days. Shortly after completing & passing certification, they’ll begin working with their 1st client.
- Monitoring
- Our assistants are expected to consistently maintain and perform to our high standards.
- We continuously monitor their performance, work quality, ratings, and responsiveness to ensure each assistant delivers exceptional service to their clients.
